When Publishing Gets Complicated: The Truth Behind Uploading Scripture Designs 🙏🔥
This week I ran into something I honestly didn’t expect.
I finished a design I was proud of — a hoodie with a powerful message, a verse that meant something, and a story behind why it was created. I went to upload it like I always do…
And the platform blocked it.
At first I thought it was a glitch.
Maybe an image error.
Maybe sizing.
Maybe a color profile issue.
But after trying again (and again)… I realized the truth:
Some platforms don’t allow certain religious text, scriptures, or faith-based messages to be uploaded — even if the design is completely original.
It’s not personal.
It’s not about the verse.
It’s just part of their automated content rules.
Still… it’s frustrating.
Because when a verse hits your spirit at the right moment, when it becomes the inspiration for a piece of clothing that’s meant to encourage somebody else…
you want to share it.
And running into a publishing roadblock feels like a door closes right when you’re trying to do something positive.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
👉 Sometimes the message is stronger than the obstacle.
👉 Sometimes you have to find a different path to publish it.
👉 And sometimes the workaround ends up making the final product even better.
Whether it means adjusting the layout, publishing manually, switching formats, or reaching out to support — I’m going to make sure this hoodie gets released the right way.
Because Psalm 34:18 isn’t just a verse.
It’s a reminder a lot of people need right now.
And I’m not letting a publishing filter stop that.
Stay tuned — the drop is still happening.
Just taking the long route this time. 😅
